The Underberg Studio, a unique gallery specializing in South African Fine Art Photography and Ceramics. Gallery owners, Lawrance and Catherine Brennon, are the prominent featured artists. Lawrance is a Fine Art photographer specializing in large panoramic colour images of the natural landscape while Catherine is a South African potter, best known for her intricate handmade bowls impressed with lace. The gallery represents more than 30 ceramic artists including Hennie Meyer and Clementina Van der Walt along with other landscape photographers, namely Marlene Neumann and local photographer Huck Orban. They also showcase authentic ceramic Zulu pots by the acclaimed Magwasa family. The Underberg Studio, in the quaint village of Underberg, is well worth a protracted visit!
